This example shows the voltage escalation during capacitive current interruption.
assumptions:
1. the breaker can interrupt the high frequency current at the first current zero after every restrike
2. the restrike occurs every half cycle of fundamental frequency. the restrike time is specified by the restrike component (phase angle between phase angle between the current zero and restrike).
