If you have access to software through your MyCentre user account, but the download is not working, there may be something in your network that is blocking the download.
The following are two suggestions for resolving this:
- Log in to MyCentre on a different network (e.g. from home) and try to download the software.
- Contact the Support Desk (firstname.lastname@example.org) and request a different method for downloading the software. Please ensure to include your MyCentre username.
